sure:

      * The source package name should be "haskell-repa", for
        consistency.
      * A dependency  "vector               == 0.10.*" translates to
        "libghc-vector-dev (>= 0.10), libghc-vector-dev (<< 0.11)" in
        debian/control
      * haskell-devscripts (>= 0.8.13) only works for packages aiming
        for experimental. If you do want the upload to land in unstable,
        use (>= 0.8)

The rest looks good. Can you fix these (removing the repository with the
wrong name)?
