Hi, while working towards GHC 7.6.1 in experimental I come across packages who have not been updated by upstream for that version yet (and hence fail to build). Some of them seem to be either very stable or not actively maintained – http://hackage.haskell.org/package/AMI is one example. I suggest that we go through the packages that would need manual patching to work with GHC 7.6.1, look at those that have not been a part of squeeze and then decide whether we actually want these packages in a stable release, or whether we want to drop them before (which should be no problem if they are leaf packages). Opinions?
