So, I've uploaded it, but the package has a bug - cabal declares dependency on network < 2.4, but there was no such dependency in debian/control. For now, I've added a patch which bumps cabal to < 2.5, I'll fix the dependencies later with a newer upstream version. (Note: I did some other cleanups on the package, making it lintian-clean.
