Dear FTP-Masters,
this haskell library has been moved into the compiler package itself and
is provided by that. Please remove the source and all binaries.
There might still be packages around that depend on a virtual package
name only provided by the stand-alone libghc-binary-dev package. These
packages are already broken in other ways and just waiting to be rebuild
and/or fixed, and will then not depend on libghc-binary-dev any more.
Therefore it is safe to remove libghc-binary-dev already now.
