haskell-network and parsec 2 or 3

Hi,

the newest haskell-network (in the platform) can build against both
parsec-2 and parsec-3. Previously, we built against parsec2 (probably
for performance considerations). Given that parsec-3 performance
supposedly is much better now and especially given that parsec-3 is in
the platform, should we move network to parsec-3?
