Bluetile 0.6 released

Hi there!

FYI: I just pushed Bluetile 0.6 to Hackage. It now depends on xmonad
0.10 which made it possible to remove lots of duplicated code and
instead reference the modules in xmonad-contrib 0.10. This marks the end
of the 'temporary' backport to xmonad 0.9 - finally! :-)

@Joachim: This version might also fix bug #627752, if I understand the
problem correctly, as I am now using XMonad.Actions.PhysicalScreens to
enumerate multiple monitors in a sensible manner.
