without going through the build logs from what I remember is: When
building a library (haskell-transformers), it fails when building
Setup.hs with sem_close, while when building ghc it fails when building
ghc-pwd with sem_open. I guess the symbol it complains about is
arbitrary, and I don’t expect sem_close to reside anywhere else than
sem_open.
