COPYING file in UnixUtils

Hi Jeremy,

I am looking at updating the version of unixutils in Debian.

One of the recent changes in Debian is that due to the many
variants of the BSD license, Debian no longer keeps a copy of
the BSD license at /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD.

This usually means that the package's debian/copyright should
copy the license file included in the package. Unfortunately
you UnixUtils package's COPYING file contains just three
letters:

     BSD

While that is good enough for most users grabbing thepackage
from Hackage, it will not pass the standard required by the
Debian package gatekeepers.

The DHG group would very much appreciate it if you could update
the COPYING file in your package with the full license text. I
have included a copy of the standard 3 clause BSD license below.
All you need to do is replace "Your Name" and the copyright
years.

Regards,
Erik
