I prefer 0.2+ because it does not mention 0.3 which is not mentioned in the .cabal file, but it really does not matter. You don’t need a versioned dependency on -prof, because -prof packages are always fixed strictly the the -dev package version. This avoids typing at the next upgrade. So far, I also did not add versioned dependencies on -doc. It is arch all, so it will always be new enough. It could be too new, but this is a corner case. And again, it avoids typing (and thus error sources). These two points are minor, though.
