Upstream released 0.1.0.3 to Hackage, but somehow managed not to apply
the part of the patch that fixes the Makefile... go figure. I hope they
do another release today.

This is still true. I did push some changes last night, adding what's
needed for the proper registration of Tutorial.pdf in doc-base.
