Dataenc issue?

Hi folks,

I got bug report #591159 complaining that twidge wouldn't build because 
hoauth depends on libghc6-dataenc-dev-0.13.0.2-fff02, but that package 
isn't available.  Indeed, that libghc6-hoauth-dev binary package does 
depend on that specific package, but the source package just build-deps 
on libghc6-dataenc-dev.

Is there is need to get some binNMUs for packages that were built 
against some older dataenc-dev?  I'm a little unsure what specifically 
was happening there.
