I've uploaded darcs 2.4.1 with a Build-Conflicts on hlint (it was
slightly easier than patching the test script).  This issue is fixed
properly by upstream in the upcoming 2.4.2 release.

I uploaded the necessary hashed-storage bump at the same time.
Hopefully that'll all Just Work; if I need to tell d-release about
dep-waits or something, let me know.
