Hi John, building highlighting-kate on some architectures fails horribly. It seems that ghc6 is using too much memory, especially when building the Java and Php modules as profiling modules on architectures with no native code generator (-fvia-C). Both these modules have large lists of keywords. Can you see if maybe some little restructuring in your code generator can produce code that ghc6 handles more easily? This would help us a lot.
