haskelldb 0.13 released -- HDBC 2.0 compatability

I've updated the HaskellDB HDBC drivers to support all HDBC 2.0
versions. The packages were all rolled to version 0.13. I uploaded:

  * haskelldb
  * haskelldb-hdbc
  * haskelldb-hdbc-odbc
  * haskelldb-hdbc-postgresql
  * haskelldb-hdbc-sqlite3

The packages are available on Hackage now.
