Actually, the problem is that haskell-network depends on haskell-parsec2
which is in the Debian NEW queue :

   http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/haskell-parsec2_2.1.0.1-1.html

and that gets processed when it gets processed. I think Joachim Breitner
already emailed the people responsible for the debian NEW queue to ask
for special consideration but nothing has come of that so far

Only if you are one of the people who can process things in the NEW
queue.

If you are familiar with building debs with dpkg-buildpackage there
is a (somewhat hackish) way around this.
