patch for dh_haskell_shlibdeps for GHC 6.10.2

Hello,

Due to this change in ghc-pkg,

http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/3187

dh_haskell_shlibdeps fails when using GHC 6.10.2.

I have attached a patch which should fix the issue on GHC 6.10.2
(tested) and not break 6.10.2 (not-tested).
