I guess a Haskell app is a lot simpler than a Haskell library to
package, but here's the debhelper 7.2 way for Darcs.
When dh_auto_* know about Setup.lhs in the same way they currently know
about setup.py an Makefile.PL, all the override_* targets will
disappear. There's a patch in http://bugs.debian.org/499225.
