Hi,

there are some variations on the -doc package name in Debian, and
changing it is probably not viable at the moment (going through NEW and
all). Therefore, haskell-devscripts should be able to handle it:

It needs to generate the right suggestions: For example 
http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-haskell/agda.git;a=blob;f=debian/control;h=a23b906a58916ccc5d3c996206be75706b390ed6;hb=37ec441c710f2f08615f30dcea80b9015ceffde1
has
	Package: haskell-agda-doc
but haskell-devscripts generates 
	Suggests: libghc6-agda-doc 

It also needs to be a bit smarter as to where to put the haddock
files, so all the manually set DEB_HADDOCK_HTML_DIR in debian/rules can
be avoided.
