librtlsdr0 and rtl-sdr blog v4 dongle support in Bookworm

Hi all,

Just got some question from some fellow Ham about whether a software I wrote supports the (not anymore so) new rtl-sdr blog v4 dongle. After some research it seems that support for the v4 dongle has been added in librtlsdr0 0.6.0-5, the version that gets installed in Bookworm is 0.6.0-4, so no support for the v4 dongle.

Current librtlsdr0 version in Sid is now 2.0.2-2. From the versioning scheme i would expect the 0.6.0-5 version to end up in Bookworm at some point and the 2.x.x serie will be for Trixie, right ?
Any plan to update the Bookworm version ?

I don't have a v4 dongle yet, just ordered one to be able to do some tests with it.
