Bug#1041259: freedv: FTBFS: lpcnet_freedv.h: No such file or directory

control: reassign -1 codec2
control: found -1 1.1.1-5
control: affects -1 src:freedy

Hello, the missing header is not installed anymore by codec2, there is no bug on freedy side.

To me looks like a codec2 packaging error, but it might be that this header is not intended anymore to be put into a shared include and be used as public api.
In this case, we can patch freedy to not use it (looks like it might be just using it to print the library version).
