Hi donfede, That's a good point. I also don't have access to that software. Once we have the prerequisites for PACTOR support, we can generate a preliminary package for testing and document any limitations. For what it's worth, I didn't intend to imply that there was anything amiss with the patch-out. My motivation is merely to support useful features to users where we can. Cheers, tony
