you can check the Debian specific patches:
http://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/twclock/twclock_3.5-1.debian.tar.xz
and if you think some of them should be merged into your source
tree.
Debian Bullseye (and later distributions) have a newer version of
autoconf (2.71). With this I get some obsolote notices:
