Bug#971030: soapysdr, libaudioSupport: libarmmem-${PLATFORM}.so => libarmmem-v7l.so



I don't have a Pi myself! A friend of mine, a Radio Amateur Hobbyist,
asked me to help installing his openwebrx dependency.

It's all because of the difficulty of building SoapySDRPlay from
source. A normal user would even not investigate this bug.

That's why I did not dd the img to the SD card. So you may be right
about that, it could be Raspbian indeed!
