Hi Maintainer

As per reproducible builds [1], gr-gsm recently started failing to
build in unstable.

I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:88 (find_package):
  Found package configuration file:

    /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/gnuradio/GnuradioConfig.cmake

  but it set Gnuradio_FOUND to FALSE so package "Gnuradio" is considered to
  be NOT FOUND.  Reason given by package:

  The following imported targets are referenced, but are missing:
  gnuradio::gnuradio-runtime
