Removing wsjt?

Hi,

I was looking into fixing wsjt (the old one, not wsjtx) in unstable,
and before rebasing the "don't use the proprietary KVASD binary"
patch, I figured we'd probably better remove the package altogether.
It was not released with stretch, and has not been in testing since
January 2017.

It does support the JTMS, FSK441, and JT6M modes which wsjtx does not
support. Are these still in use?

It's dead upstream since March 2016, and afaict that won't change
given wsjtx is active.

Any objections to removing wsjt?
