The open question is, how many different data sources are there?
cty.dat from (big)cty from country-files (do we need both variants?),
callmaster from supercheckpartial, ...? If it's just these two, I'd
create two packages, but if there's more, it might make sense to put
all that stuff into one package so there's not half a dozen
micropackages.
