gnss-sdr architecture support

Hi Carles,

gnss-sdr is currently building on amd64 and i386 only, the remaining
architectures fail some of the tests:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=gnss-sdr

This is a blocker for re-entry into testing (and hence buster) because
of the outdated builds on the other architectures.

gnss-sdr | 0.0.9-5+b8 | unstable | kfreebsd-amd64
gnss-sdr | 0.0.9-5+b10 | unstable | arm64, armel, armhf, mips, mips64el, ppc64el, s390x
gnss-sdr | 0.0.10-2 | unstable | source, mipsel
gnss-sdr | 0.0.10-3 | unstable | source, amd64, i386

Do you think (some of) the other architectures could be fixed? Is
gnss-sdr at fault, or is only the test failing? If gnss-sdr really
only supports x86, we can remove the other binaries, but this should
be the last resort.

If we get this resolved quickly, gnss-sdr should still be able to
enter buster. Hopefully.

Christoph
