There is a tool, baudline, that is available for Linux (though not open
source and so not included in Debian) that could help you.

An open source reimplementation of the same thing, inspectrum, is in
Debian but having briefly played with it just now I was unable to get it
to do anything useful. I guess some documentation reading would be required.

If you find a way to do this in Debian, please let the list know and
I'll add the instructions to the Debian hamradio-handbook.
