I am an English radio amateur with some knowledge of French, French radio technical terms
and a former member of the French national radio society REF.
My written French is not as good as my ability to read French these days but I am
willing to help assess translations.
You may also be able to get some help from #debian-fr on IRC or Christian Perrier, coordinator
of Debian translations in many languages.
