Reminder: Regular meetings in IRC

Hi,

I'd like to start having some regular meetings in IRC. I think monthly is a
good place to start.

I've put more details up on the wiki, and if you're interested in attending
these meetings, please add your name to the bottom of the table there so
that I can look at finding a time that is acceptable to as many people as
possible.
