Bug#787602: qsstv: Some SSTV modes don't encode picture properly when transmitting

Dear Maintainer,
When transmitting a picture using the following SSTV modes, picture preview and
encoded signal become a uniformly grey image. Qsstv outputs "QPixmap: It is not
safe to use pixmaps outside the GUI thread
" on stderr for every line transmitted.
Modes that are affected by this issue are:
* All Robot modes
* All B/W modes
* All PD modes
* All MP modes
* FAX480
The issue is reproducible every time on versions 8.2.7 and 8.2.11 regardless of
the system architecture.
