Package: libfap5
Version: 1.3-1
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

This package does not build on arm64:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libfap5&arch=arm64&ver=1.3-1&stamp=1413802593

due to outdated config.{sub,guess} files.

it has a build-dep on dh-autoreconfm but does not actually use it in the build. This trivial patch makes it do so. and then everything works nicely.

Trivial patch attached
