IRC channel

Hi,

I've set up an IRC channel at irc://irc.debian.org/debian-hams for the team
and general amateur radio discussion relating to Debian.

If there are any DDs with packages in the team that would like to be added
to the channel ACLs, send me a signed email with your IRC username and I'll
add you.

You'll find me in the channel as irl. I will put together some instructions
for the wiki on allowing git commit messages to be pushed into IRC tonight
for those using VCS on alioth.
