Bug#749634: bb: Conflicting declarations of function fbb_open

Michael,

I've just been looking at #749634 which you raised.

This bug is rather complicated. I initially though to simply remove the
definition of fbb_open in include/fbb_dec.h which conflicts.

However this resulted in a lot of compilation failures because of the
following defs in include/fbb_serv.h:

#define open            fbb_open
#define fopen           fbb_fopen

I'm not sure what to do about this but will talk to upstream.
