With Colin on board I hope you can work out something to upload.

With the current situation I would recommend to add Jerry to the list
of uploaders and work out a 'normal' 1.0-1 package. If noone of the former
uploaders shows a sign of life you can remove them sometime later with a
future upload.

Colin: as far as I've looked the package seems not too bad but the changelog
omitted a few things like the switch to 3.0 quilt source format. That must
be improved a bit.
