Right.  The sponsor should have built using -v1.1-3 or something like
that (1.1-3 being the last uploaded version), to get the changelog for
both version 1.1-4 and 1.1-5 into the .changes file.  It is required
when skipping some versions in uploads to unstable and get all the
bugs mentioned in the intermediate versions closed by the upload.

I suggest closing it by emailing 489247-done@ with 'Version: 1.1-4' as
the first paragraph, and stating that this was fixed when version
1.1-5 was uploaded into unstable.
