I think the problem is that that bug was closed in the 1.1-4 package
upload to mentors; I made a new package 1.1-5 to clean some lintian
warnings. 1.1-4 never was uploaded as I mentioned in a previous mail.

I was not aware of this situation, I though that uploading 1.1-5 would
take into account the changelog entries for 1.1-4 also, because last
version in testing/sid was 1.1-3. Sorry.

What can we do to correct this? How we close the bug?

Here's the last two changelog entries:

gpredict (1.1-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Change debian/control Standards-Version from 3.8.3 to 3.8.4.
  * Add missing dependencies on ${misc:Depends}

gpredict (1.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix "Incorrect KDE menu entry showing up in Lost and Found [nb]"
    debian/gpredict.desktop modified as proposed by Petter Reinholdtsen
    so gpredict show up in several places in the menu, making it easier to
    find. (Closes: #489247)
