Hi,
a couple of years ago you'll include my xsmc, the program to make
calculation with Smith chart under X, in the Debian dist. Now I've
rewritten it using GTK library: gsmc mantain all the xsmc features but
is more user friendly with menu, accelerator, mnemonics, bars, etc...
If xsmc is still of interest for Debian consider to substitute it with
gsmc that can be downloaded from
	www.qsl.net/ik5nax/gsmc-1.0.tar.gz
I'm not a programmer, simply I write some code that often run almost
correctly for me(!). In particular in this package there is my very
first attempt to use autoconf/automake, it SEEMS to work, but...
Write me if you are interested in something of it or to ask me more.

And thank you for the attention to xsmc, I've been very glad to see it
on Debian!

Yours

Lapo Pieri (IK5NAX)
