PMS

Hi guys

I have set-up a system in my attic that runs the node software included in
ax25-tools that was included when I installed Debian.  I use this system to
telnet over my home network to my radios that are located closer to my
antenna's on the roof. It all works very well, allowing me to connect to my
local BBS etc so I am now looking at the incoming side of things.

The latest version of Debian I have installed doesn't include ax25-utils
with the PMS software.  Can anyone point me in the direction of installing
it with out destroying everything else I have running already.  I have tried
downloading the ax25-utils tar.gz file and running make for just the PMS
section but that failed.

Has anyone got any suggestions to an alternative to PMS? All I want is if
someone makes an ax25 connection to my system they get a way of leaving me a
message.
