gpredict debs

Hi all,

I've built a package of gpredict (at long last). Would anyone care to
try it out before I upload it officially?

Not apt-gettable, sorry. If anyone could try rebuilding from source to
verify the build-deps, that would help too. There's quite a few of them
and they're partially GNOME 1, so it's a bit messy.

Joop: gpredict would use hamlib >= 1.1.3 too if available :-)
