problem with Jiffy package

Hi Joop et al,

jiffy wants tcl (>= 8.0) and tk (>= 8.0). I can't find those packages
anywhere, there is no package tck, only tcl8.0, same for tk.
Am I missing something, or are you? :-)

I think I might discard my ITP on npp (NEC post-processor).
xnecview 0.6 is very good (does 3D antenna view, and 3D & 2D radiation plots)
and jiffy probably does something similar.

npp needs patches to NEC2 (which is in Fortran which I don't know), and
is itself written in the Yorick graphical scripting language (which I
also don't know), and it's non-free (unimpressive).
