the user-authentication tool when using Google Chrome

Hi all,
I read about the tool that pops when one needs to do authentication.
This is supposed to be part of GNOME 3 transition .

I mean about the dialog that comes explicitly when using Google Chrome
to surf and the user gets the Unlock Login Keyring and the dialog box
which says :-

"Enter password to unlock your login keyring

The login keyring did not get unlocked when you logged into your computer. "

Does anybody know what is binary/tool that is doing that ?

Either some policy change in gnome-keyring 3.0-3-2 or in
policykit-1-gnome in sid or both ?

Any pointers/discussions on the same are welcome.
