New galeon arch checkout in experimental

Hi,
I uploaded a new galeon arch checkout into experimental.
It solves the missing-images-on-myportal: bug, but also contains some
very nice enhancements (such as location field coloring for secure
sites)

Please help testing it. Given the recent mozilla incompatibilities we
might need to upload this version into unstable to go in with mozilla
1.7.5...

Oh, and we're still searching for a new maintainer of the galeon
package. The RFA is still open...
