Debconf template update required for GNOME's cpufreq applet.

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks for doing the original translation of the debconf
template for the gnome-cpufreq-applet package.

The applet has now been absorbed into the gnome-applets package as of
GNOME 2.10, so I've had had to modify the debconf question somewhat.
Please send back the translations as soon as possible since we'd like to
upload GNOME 2.10 into unstable within the next 24-48 hours.

Thanks in advanced,
Andrew "Netsnipe" Lau
