Re: Nautilus and gnome-panel crashes renders gnome 2.10 unusable

Hi,

After upgrading to experimental libc6 (version 2.3.5-1) nautilus and
gnome-panel are working again. Yet now gnome 2.10 desktop is not very
stable. Nautilus crashes from time to time, Evolution hangs, when
switching from one workspace to another the redrawing is slow. So I've
switched to xfce4 for now. Evolution doesn't hang and redrawing is
faster it seems. Still I ran nautilus, since it turns out that I am
quite attached to its features. Yet the crashing did not stop. So I
ran nautilus from gdb and got one crash, here is the backtrace:

I know that now is Sarge freeze time and all of you are more concerned
about making Gnome 2.8 stable in Sarge, so I do not expect fast answer
and do not feel compelled to provide a fast one. Still I will keep
posting status updates. I suspect that I am the only one with such
issue, and it probably will go away, when gnome 2.10 will hit
unstable.
