The package name doesn't have to be descriptive, it must be the name of
the program, nothing more.
The name advertised on the web page was until now COG (COnfigurator for
GNOME), which is more descriptive of what the package really does.
"gnome-configurator" describes a configurator (for what?) written to use
the GNOME libraries to me.
Uptsream's tar.gz is still named "cog" also.
