The Return of the Splash That Couldn't Disappear
Hello.
After adding a xmodmap call to the gnome-session, the GNOME splash
screen doesn't disappear (but I can close it by clicking on it). I'm
aware of bug[1] #253729 and others, but I'm a bit lost: is the bug in
fact closed, or should I do something strange to have gnome-session work
normally?
Attached are my ~/.gnome2/session* files; it's a pristine
GNOME install with only the xmodmap call added.
