scratch...

Either read the spec and do what it says, or us EggTrayIcon from libegg
in GNOME CVS.

debian-gtk-gnome is about Debian-specific GNOME issues such as packaging
or any patches we make, not general GTK+ development. lists.gnome.org
lists the mailing lists -- probably something like gtk-app-devel is what
you want.
