nyo@debian:~$ sudo printconf
Printer on usb:/dev/usb/lp0 is not currently supported by Debian.
  Please submit the following information to
  foomatic-db@packages.debian.org:
{'class': 'PRINTER',
 'commandset': 'BJL,BJRaster3,BSCC,TXT01',
 'description': 'Canon S600',
 'manufacturer': 'Canon',
 'model': 'S600',
 'sta': '10',
 'ver': '2.20'}

Reloading printing system service: cupsd.
nyo@debian:~$

BTW There's also a great program for GNOME for configuring CUPS in
Debian - gnome-cups-manager. I use it instead of foomatic-gui.
