Yes, I hate this raise-on-click behavior.  I frequently work with lots
of xterms and xemacs windows and it's really disturbing if you just
want to select some text in a partly obscured window and it gets
raised because of the mouse click (often hiding the location to which
you want paste the selected text thereby).

People who want to have raise-on-click in sloopy focus mode, probably
would be happier with click focus mode or sloopy focus mode with
autoraising anyhow.  I wouldn't object to a gconf key like
'raise_on_click_in_sloopy_focus_mode' however.
